Renee manages the East Region, so she sees only its three sites

Renee Alvarez is the East Region manager. She has the practice manager's role, limited to the East Region: Main Campus, Jefferson Park and Eastgate Family Care. Her Providers page lists only the providers who work at one of those sites, 9 of the 15. Dr. Grant is there because she works at Main Campus as well as Riverbend, and her whole file comes with her. Stonebridge's providers are not shown to Renee at all.

What belongs to the whole organization stays in view: the renewal rules, the lead times and the Organization page. The limit only ever narrows her role; she still changes nothing.

Setting this up is one line saying "Renee: East Region", so a large group can give each regional or site manager their own view. The corporate office still sees everything, and can filter the work queue, Credentials, Providers and the status report by any mix of regions and sites.
